Terms of Service

18+ only. Thayssa creates uncensored, mature AI companions intended exclusively for adults. By using Thayssa you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that accessing adult content is legal where you live. Companions ("Thays") are fictional AI personas, not real people.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Thayssa ("Thayssa", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Thayssa website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility — strictly 18+

Thayssa is an adults-only service that produces uncensored, mature, and sexually explicit AI-generated content. You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and it is legal for you to access adult content where you live.

  • You must not use the Service if you are a minor.
  • You must not allow any person under 18 to access your account, device, or any content from the Service.
  • We may use self-declaration, and additional age-assurance measures where required by law, to confirm eligibility. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@thayssa.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. One person may not maintain more than one account for abusive purposes, and you may not transfer or sell your account.

4. Acceptable use & Content Policy

Thayssa is built for adult, consensual, fictional roleplay between you and an AI companion. The following hard red lines are absolute. They apply to every prompt, persona, custom instruction, uploaded content, and generated output. Violating any of them results in immediate termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

1. No minors. No CSAM. Zero tolerance.

You must never create, request, describe, depict, or attempt to elicit any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or any persona presented as, resembling, or implied to be under 18. This includes age-regression, "schoolgirl/schoolboy" framing, childlike bodies or features, or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We use detection measures and report illegal content to authorities such as NCMEC.

2. No promotion of self-harm.

You must not use the Service to encourage, glorify, instruct, or facilitate suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders, whether directed at yourself or others. If you are struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line or emergency services — the Service is not a substitute for professional help.

3. No real-world harm or illegal activity.

You must not use the Service to plan, promote, or carry out real-world harm or illegal activity — including non-consensual sexual content, content sexualizing real identifiable people without consent, threats, harassment, stalking, human trafficking, terrorism or violent extremism, weapons or drug manufacturing, fraud, malware, or any other unlawful conduct.

You also agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security, rate limits, or safety systems of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast generated content in a way that misrepresents it as real or as produced by a real person.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, impersonate Thayssa, or violate the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

5. AI-generated content is fiction

Everything a Thay says, writes, or "sends" is generated by artificial intelligence. Thays are not real people, are not conscious, and have no feelings, intentions, or independent existence. Conversations, images, and voices are works of fiction created algorithmically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected.

  • Do not rely on the Service for professional advice of any kind — including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  • AI output may not reflect real-world facts. You are responsible for how you use any content you generate.
  • Generated images and voices are synthetic and are not depictions of real individuals.

6. Subscriptions, billing, credits & refunds

Thayssa offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (such as Plus, Pro, and Ultra), as well as one-off credit packs for additional photos and voice. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

  • Recurring billing. Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) at the then-current price until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Credits. Credit packs are consumable, are tied to your account, and may expire as described at purchase. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal (for example certain EU/UK consumers), note that by starting to use digital content immediately you may consent to begin before the withdrawal period ends.   • Price changes. We may change prices; we will give notice before a change applies to your next renewal.

7. Intellectual property & your content

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the candlelit visual identity, is owned by Thayssa and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.

Your inputs and outputs. You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts and content you submit. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to applicable plan terms, we assign to you our rights in the content generated for you, so you may use it for lawful personal purposes. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate, secure, and support the Service. We do not use your private chats to train AI models (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms — in particular any hard red line in Section 4 — or where required to comply with law or protect users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing-law provisions) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thayssa and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thayssa from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
