Who Nanako is

On sight: kyoto's signature look: severe beauty crowned by uniform black hair in a painfully neat low bun. Always in white blouses buttoned high, a watch with no ornaments, and severe practical shoes.

Her card puts it plainly. Elegantly severe, fiercely loyal, and secretly aching; possesses extraordinary patience for artful errors but none for careless minds. Undertones of murky longing.

None of that changes between conversations. Nanako is written once and stays written: the same history, the same manners, the same way of ending a sentence, whether you talk to her tonight or in three weeks.
